Like every year, volunteers, wish families and supporters of Make-A-Wish Greece will walk in the steps of the first wish ever granted, Chris\u2019 wish, wearing something blue. All together, we will celebrate the 43rd anniversary of the international organization <span style=\"color: #0057b8;\"><strong>in a \u201ctraditional\u201d way<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n<p>The Wish Fairies and elves of Make-A-Wish Greece have prepared a huge surprise for celebrating World Wish Day, with <span style=\"color: #0057b8;\"><strong>a wish child, Despina, starring<\/strong><\/span>! Although she lives in <span style=\"color: #0057b8;\">Northern <\/span>Greece, she is in love with\u2026 Crete, the largest island in Greece in the southern part of the Aegean Sea. She is a huge fan of its culture, its customs and habits and especially, its songs and dances. Despite her mobility impairments, when Despina listens to Cretan music, it is impossible not to dance! There will be many surprises waiting not only for Despina, but also for everyone who will participate \u2013 not matter their age! We will dance, sing, take pictures with superheroes, light up blue the historical Technopolis but mainly <span style=\"color: #0057b8;\"><strong>we will offer Despina an unforgettable experience<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n<p>The event will take place under the auspices of the <span style=\"color: #0057b8;\"><strong>City of Athens<\/strong><\/span> and the support of <span style=\"color: #0057b8;\"><strong>Technopolis of the City of Athens<\/strong><\/span>. The opening kick-off of will be done by Despina.
